The MVD Spot Depositing and Continuous Extrusion System is a flexible, bespoke solution which can be tailored to suit a particular product or customer. The system is connected directly to a Handtmann Vacuum Filling machine and by using an MVD (Multi Valve Depositing) head the product is distributed evenly and smoothly through to air operated depositing nozzles which accurately dispense the product onto a conveyor belt or production line.
This system has been designed for maximum flexibility as not only can the number of lanes be varied with ease, the air operated nozzles can be removed and replaced with nozzle tips which when programmed with the VF, will continuously extruded a product such as sausage roll rope, evenly, gently and hygienically.
The system is initially available from 2 to 12 lanes and larger sizes are available, dependant on product. The equipment is manufactured using stainless steel and food grade approved plastics to meet the latest CE standards.
