The Verbufa Multi Burger Former is designed for high and accurate production of a variety of circular or square shaped products such as meatballs, sticks and croquettes. With an integrated flattening conveyor belt the burger former is the solution for the production of “handmade-style burgers”.

The Verbufa Multi Burger Former will connect directly to the outlet of a Handtmann Vacuum Filling machine and is fully integrated to optimise on high precision weight control and portioning accuracy. Equipped with touch screen technology, the servo-driven cutting unit is manufactured with an interchangeable and patented forming-set. The MBF machine is durable and maintenance-free, fully CE certified, easy to clean and meets all hygiene requirements.
