When it comes to spare parts, at Handtmann we have based our spare-parts philosophy on the concept of maximum availability. Only Handtmann can offer genuine, guaranteed spare parts for all of our machines with a commitment to offer parts for at least 20 years after a machine is first made available.

Our spare-parts department use a detailed computer stocking system which ensures that there is a comprehensive stock holding at all times and close contact with Germany means that parts and special requirements can be delivered next day if required.

With our relocation to new premises in 2011, we have increased our stock holdings of both spare parts and new equipment to further strengthen our commitment to the industry.

All new equipment is supplied with detailed operational manuals and spare parts lists which are user friendly and easy to use.
